Join the Nursing Homes Contract Action Team (NCAT) to engage with your co-workers and other nursing home members. We’ll work together to build a strong team and organize collective actions to ensure you win on your bargaining priorities. If you’re interested, reach out to your Bargaining Unit President (BUP). If you don’t have a BUP, please email enews@ona.org and a member of the mobilizing team will reach out to you.
